Paul A. Share
Mr. Share began his practice in 1973 at the law firm of Willkie, Farr & Gallagher, specializing in corporate and
securities law. Between 1977 and 1985, Mr. Share held several positions in the legal department of Reliance Group,
Inc., including general counsel of Leasco, its computer leasing subsidiary, and general counsel of RCG International,
Reliance Group's consulting division.
While at Reliance Group, Mr. Share gained extensive experience in the acquisition and sale of businesses, securities law,
loan agreements, corporate law matters, and the negotiating and drafting of a wide variety of contracts, including employment
agreements, shareholder agreements, leasing agreements, and software development and licensing agreements.
In 1985, Mr. Share became counsel to Holtzman & Urquhart, a Houston-based law firm specializing in general commercial
and products liability litigation. Mr. Share was the head of Holtzman & Urquhart's New York office between 1985 and 1991.
While at Holtzman & Urquhart, Mr. Share was involved with a number of litigation matters for such clients as NL
Industries and Pfizer.
