We also help our clients with many out-of-the ordinary transactions such as acquisitions and sales of businesses and we assist with litigation management and the retention and use of various tax and legal experts. We also regularly advise software companies and other technology-based clients on legal and business issues common to those industries, as well as regularly delivering New York law enforceability opinions to major banks for real estate transactions.
